Real-time, two-way, via middleware
Shopify Plus and Microsoft Dynamics 365 connected through a middleware layer doing real-time bi-directional sync — products, orders, fulfilment, shipping, accounting. The store doesn't lie about stock; the ERP doesn't go stale.
One SKU, many ways to buy
Large catalogue where the same SKU could be Store Pickup, Home Delivery, or Pre-Order. Implemented the rules via Shopify Scripts and Zapiet so the customer sees the right option without needing to know the rule.
Two templates, four stores, two brands
Built two scalable Shopify themes for regional and portfolio growth. Used those as the base for four stores covering Singapore and Malaysia, for both C&B and sister brand CB2 — different product ranges, prices, taxes, delivery.
Easy to browse without getting lost
Tiered mega-menu with visual cues, well-structured category presentation, and recommendation rules the C&B merchandising team controls. The user journey works on mobile first.
