Navigation - Previously, the site navigation caused frustration and confusion due to jargon. To improve the user experience, we restructured the navigation into two main categories: Food Storage and Home Storage. Within these categories, we further divided the products into relatable subcategories like Everyday Use, Meal Prep, and Pantry Storage. This streamlined approach enabled users to find products that precisely matched their needs with ease and efficiency. The navigation was built to be easy to understand and provide clear pathways for users to explore product categories, search for specific items, and access important pages like the shopping cart and checkout.
The design team created the whole website to be visually attractive, uncluttered, and aligned with the brand's identity. They used a consistent color scheme, typography, and layout throughout the website.
We also minimize the number of steps required for checkout and provide a progress indicator to guide users through the process, and also offer a guest checkout option for those who prefer not to create an account.
