Bridge.Digital embeds senior AI engineers inside a company's own team as small
units called pods. Each pod pairs a senior engineer with one of the company's
domain experts to rebuild a real workflow with AI from the inside, rather than
delivering a project from the outside.

## What an AI pod is

An AI pod is a senior AI engineer embedded alongside a domain expert from the
client's team for a set period. Together they take one workflow and rebuild it
around AI end to end. The engineer provides the implementation; the domain
expert provides the context. The working system, and the knowledge to run it,
stays with the client.
