NZ-founded global container manufacturer. Built the e-commerce platform on Adobe Commerce — Algolia search, Klaviyo, two-way Salesforce SFSC sync — and re-architected the navigation around how customers actually think.
Zoe & Morgan
Boutique jewellery brand, London + Auckland flagships. Migrated off Magento 1, replaced ageing extensions with Algolia + Nosto + Klaviyo, and put the marketing team back in control of content via Adobe Page Builder.
Luna Park Sydney
Heritage Sydney amusement park. Unified online ticket sales and in-park spend into one customer profile, added dynamic pricing, and plugged tickets into the city's tour-operator network via Rezdy.
Animates
Took over a stalled platform mid-flight, refactored 70% of the bad code during a cloud migration, then shipped same-day delivery and recurring orders on top.
Blundstone
150-year-old boot brand. Multi-store global rollout on Adobe Commerce — currency, tax, sizing, and shipping handled so a customer in any market sees the same clean checkout.
Saudi Pharmaciaty
Saudi healthcare platform. Built prescription-drug ordering with mandatory pharmacist approval, real-time delivery time calculation, ScandiPWA storefront, and a B2B flow with 15 custom endpoints.
Coco Republic
Luxury furniture retailer. Four regional sites and a showroom consultant app (iDesign) on one back-end, with EFTPOS terminals integrated end-to-end. Deposit + balance payments, partial deliveries, custom fabric configurators.
Crate & Barrel
Built four Shopify Plus stores across SE Asia (Singapore, Malaysia) for Crate & Barrel and CB2 — with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP wired in via middleware for real-time orders, stock, and shipping.
Coventry Group (CGL)
Industrial distributor across AU and NZ. Built a B2B platform with online credit approvals, SKU-lookup ordering, and Oracle ERP wired in two-way for stock, pricing, and invoices.
Woop
NZ meal-kit delivery. Built a single-platform subscription engine on Adobe Commerce — flexible meal choices, custom delivery schedules, recurring billing, and a self-service account portal that took the load off support.
Max / Barkers
Two NZ fashion brands under one parent. Two new Adobe Commerce stores with shared ERP integration, a custom bundle builder, and a store-locator backed by real-time in-store stock.
Goodyear
Built the AU service-booking journey on Adobe Commerce — fitment-based recommendation engine, wheel visualiser, in-store calendar, deep Costar POS / SFSC CRM / Keboola DWH integrations.
Bart Group
Family bedding business. Brief said modernise the site. We added a B2B channel and a location-aware recommendation engine that picks the cheaper warehouse to ship from.
Greencross / Petbarn
Australia's largest pet care company. Took over a failing platform migration, then migrated a decade of customer data — including active subscriptions — to launch with zero downtime.
AM Retail Group
Five fashion storefronts on a shared core. AI recommendations, fraud defence, unified catalogue, and friction-free international checkout — built so the sixth brand is effort, not a project.
